Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Program Coordinator to join our team in supporting a portfolio of projects in the North America West region. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills and will play a critical role in ensuring the effective execution and coordination of various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General Coordination:
- Manage action items and coordinate with project coordinators across the region.
- Maintain team rosters, organizational charts, and project documentation.
- Generate reports and develop processes to streamline operations.
- Provide support and escalation for process and tool-related inquiries.

Organize team-building events and conduct pulse surveys to gauge team engagement.
2. Meeting Coordination: - Organize and facilitate regional meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure accountability.

Develop best practices and templates for effective meeting management.
3. Monthly Deliverables: - Identify, document, and maintain a log of recurring deliverables.

Generate and distribute monthly newsletters to keep stakeholders informed.
4. Regional Team Management: -
Manage communication channels, such as alias decks and site pages, to ensure information is accessible and up-to-date.
5. Tools & Training: - Coordinate vendor training sessions and assist team members with project management tools.

Support onboarding and training initiatives, maintaining training materials for new hires.
6. Data Validation: - Conduct weekly verification of project updates and ensure that all projects have necessary documentation.

Maintain a MARCUS Reporting "Report Card" and collect manual data on project metrics, including cycle time and quality.
7. Data Visualization: - Design and develop visual representations of project data.

Analyze datasets to identify trends and patterns, communicating findings to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Project Management, Data Analysis).
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a technology or data-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data visualization software. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
