Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Notify managers of important events, deadlines, and meetings.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date calendar.
- Act as the point of contact between manager and clients.
- Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, managing emails, and creating reports.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a admin assistant or relevant role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High level of resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Experienced using other tools like Slack, Discord, Notion, Trello, Jira, Zapier
