The client is looking for an invidual who also has CNA experience. The PCT's at client work bedside to the patients more of a CNA description.
Client will accept a PCT certification OR a CNA certification.
Candidate must have one or the other.
Candidate must have Experience in Patient care.
First Day Instructions
Sent by client directly to the worker the Friday prior to Monday GEO.
The worker will receive three emails from client
Their manager to review scheduling
HR to review badge instructions and other policies
Education to schedule their orientation classes.
If your worker has not received FDI by 3pm on Friday, alert MSP.
Orientation Overview
Monday- Virtual GEO
Tuesday-Thursday – Classes with education
Friday-Sunday – Orientation Shifts
*Worker must be available the full 7 days of their first week for Orientation. No special scheduling for Orientation is permitted. If worker cannot attend full Orientation offer will be rescinded. *

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care by assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions, ensuring accurate medical documentation.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems for effective patient management and communication.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patients with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities or memory care requirements.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.
