Production Worker/Operator

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in a warehouse or factory setting. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Operate various hand tools and power tools to assemble components efficiently.
• Fabricate parts according to specifications and quality standards.
• Work on the assembly line to ensure timely production of goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials using forklifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility, warehouse, or factory environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes is advantageous.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods as required by the job.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.05 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
