Due to internal career growth, we have an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Associate to join our Customer Success team on-site at our Hackensack, NJ Creative Center.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused communicator who will provide exceptional order management support. This role includes order entry, material allocation, handling returns, resolving invoice disputes, processing credit adjustments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Enter and manage customer orders accurately in the CMS system.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Process and resolve customer complaints by collaborating with internal teams.
- Coordinate order status, pricing, availability, and deliveries with logistics and commercial teams.
- Proactively communicate supply chain and delivery updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including account notes and contact information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of relevant business experience preferred, or 3-5 years' experience in customer service.
- Exceptional communication skills to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- General understanding of manufacturing plant/warehouse systems for shipping, accounting, and logistics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in CMS systems and strong computer skills.
