Responsibilities
- Create procedure and perform preventative maintenance of multiple toolsets.
- Work with process engineers for bringing up and qualifying tools for manufacturing.
- Responsible for tool uptime metrics.
- Bachelors’ degree in a technical field such as Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 8 years of experience in similar job function.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for process/equipment interactions.
- Experience in installation and maintenance of tools sets of at least two areas: MOCVD reactor, DUV photolithography, etch, thin films etc.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience with wide bandgap materials is desired.
