Job Description
onsemi is seeking a Gas and Chemical Services Technician; your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding support for gas and chemical delivery operations. In this position, you are responsible for daily interaction with specialty gas / chemical delivery equipment, quality and inventory systems. You will be a team member of a department with 24 / 7 operational focus to ensure online material to supply production needs. This position will require collaboration with team members, production and engineering to maintain and improve chemical and gas operations.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot gas and chemical delivery systems, handling equipment, and work areas
Troubleshooting : includes mechanical aspects, such as valves. Controls aspects such as PLC input / output signals. Wiring aspects such as continuity and other multimeter checks
Assist management / engineering in the creation of new work standards / procedures
