Responsibilities
- Oversees all the facilities and subsystems supporting the fab and responsible for uptime.
- Manages preventive maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC.
- Plans budgets and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates.
- Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy.
- Associates’ degree in a technical field such as Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 2 years of experience in similar job function in a semiconductor fabrication facility.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for facilities issues.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
