- Associates’ degree in a technical field such as Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 6 years of experience in similar job function in a semiconductor fabrication facility.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for facilities issues. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $24.81-$43.46/hr. exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. - Oversees all the facilities and subsystems supporting the fab and responsible for uptime.
- Manages preventive maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC.
- Plans budgets and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates.
- Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy.
