Job DescriptionFull Stack Application Developer & Designer RoleThis position offers a great opportunity to work on industry leading semiconductor devices, targeted for broad applications in Automotive and Industrial markets. In this role, you will be a member of AMG PE team, tasked with front-end and back-end development to build robust, scalable web applications supporting product lines and business P&Ls on new product introduction and legacy product sustaining activities, including legacy product support, addressing FAB process, Assembly Yield, and Test Yield excursions, Factory Transfers, driving cost reduction to benchmark entitlement goals, and supporting customer RMA root-cause and fix analysis. Experience with full stack development using JavaScript / HTML / CSS / React / Bootstrap for front-end and ASP.NET Core / MVC / Node.js / Python / C# is a must. Candidate should be highly proficient in building reliable applications while constantly looking for opportunities for improvement.ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities will include : Build high-performance web applications for NPD and Sustaining PE teams. Perform validation of database and application solutions to ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability. Design scalable database solutions to handle structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data across the group. Optimize database queries thereby improving the application response times. Identify and fix the bottleneck across all layers of the stack. Explore and implement cloud solutions including Azure and Snowflake. Coordinate with other developers in the team and ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) practices. Ensure high efficiency, fast deployment and smooth rollbacks as needed. Create and maintain full stack test automation flows. Own end-to-end application development for cost reduction and entitlement activities (MPY, FTY, Test Cost, COBs) across all products in AMG. Generate new and improve existing daily / weekly automated data applications. Interface with FAB, Assembly, and factory Test teams and engineers to provide support for driving yield improvement activities across various products. Drive the development of applications for cost reduction activities such as burn-in reduction / elimination, test and manufacturing flow optimization, test time and yield enhancements. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices. Create and build applications and automated tools for complex and large data-set analysis. Use data from various sources and strategically design the applications to drive product cost improvements, improve process efficiencies, and reduce overall costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement strategies that will improve operating efficiencies and cost effectiveness within the organization. Communicate process improvements and changes to all relevant parties.
Expertise in developing scalable web applications, improving database solutions, end-to-end debugging, testing, and error handling is a must. Good semiconductor (IC and test) knowledge across digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal, knowledge of ATE platforms, DFT strategies and test methods is a plus.QualificationsRequirements : BSEE with minimum >
