We are seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to empower onsemi’s growth and innovation by delivering strategic financial insights, fostering stakeholder trust and driving sustainable value creation through excellence in financial management. As the Senior Director of Treasury and Treasurer at our corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ, this role has primary responsibilities to oversee day-to-day management of a global treasury team while driving the organization’s optimal capital structure. A successful candidate will be results oriented, have the capacity to manage and mentor the treasury team, build and maintain strong relationships with our banking partners, external service providers and internally with business teams around the world, embrace and influence change, and drive shareholder value.
