- Evaluate options for simulation of interdie simulation for gate driver/trench fet switch including current sense
- Construct platform for interdie modeling for gate driver/trench fet switch including current sense
- Create white paper for gate driver/trench fet switch including current sense
- Electrical Characterization of devices
- Supply white paper gate driver/trench fet switch including current sense
In order to be considered for an internship, you must be a student currently enrolled in a graduate electrical engineering program in the following semester.
- TCAD, preferably Sentaurus, Silvaco or Comsol
- Materials Science background preferred
- Device Physics Knowledge
- Semiconductor Device Architecture
- Basic knowledge of Process integration to construct devices
