Onset Financial of Draper, UT is seeking to hire a talented Full Stack Principal .NET Engineer / Coding Manager. Our ideal candidate will be proficient in the latest .NET Core technologies, front-end frameworks, and cloud computing with Azure. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas and we require in office attendance.

As the Onset Financial Full Stack Senior Engineer / Coding Manager, you will play a critical role by leading international development teams, ensuring code quality, and managing our CI / CD deployment processes.

Your Responsibilities will be :

  • Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable applications using the latest .NET Core technologies.
  • Work with popular front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Integrate applications with Microsoft SQL Server and other database systems.
  • Design, query, and optimize Microsoft SQL databases.
  • Actively participate in Agile software development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Own and manage the CI / CD pipeline to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes while troubleshooting to resolve deployment-related issues.
  • Utilize Azure cloud services to develop and deploy scalable applications while optimizing cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and reliability.
  • Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Uphold high ethical standards while promoting our company culture of integrity and success.
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and other company events.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the team stays aligned with the product vision.

What you need to succeed :

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in full stack development using .NET Core.
  • Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases like Azure Cosmos DB or MongoDB.
  • Proven experience working with an ORM (Object Relational Mapper) such as Entity Framework or Dapper.
  • Proven experience leading and collaborating with international development teams.
  • Deep understanding of Agile software development and Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure cloud computing services.
  • Certifications in Azure or .NET technologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Ability to travel internationally (1-2 times per year).
  • A passion for problem-solving and identifying solutions.
  • Detail-oriented mindset combined with a big-picture perspective.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to take and implement feedback in a fast paced, high growth environment.
