JOB SUMMARY:
The Client Success Manager is primarily responsible for communicating and building relationships with our current client base. This position involves learning about a client's business, being a trusted resource to provide insight and guidance on their current solutions, and upselling additional Onsharp services. It will also include a marketing component that will be directly associated with maintaining consistent communication with clients through various marketing activities and campaigns to ensure client solution needs are addressed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Operates as the main point of contact for clients on all matters specific to assigned accounts
- Develops and maintains strong and long-lasting relationships with current clients
- Responsible for selling and positioning additional services relevant to existing client base
- Implements and manages marketing campaigns through different channels (i.e. email, phone, web)
- Committed to client success and being a resource for questions or tasks in a timely manner
- Works closely with Business and Web Development team to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitors quotes, opportunities, etc. in sales management tools – CRM.
- Participates in meetings to report accurate status of opportunities and efforts
- Contacts clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related discipline preferred
- 3 years of successful Account Management/Sales or related position
- Experience with marketing-related tasks and activities
- Solution Selling/technology related sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving objectives from past employment opportunities
- Must have own reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver's license
- Strong verbal/written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively in a polished, professional, and friendly manner.
- Demonstrate strong organization skills and managing time across multiple tasks.
- Proficient at understanding customer needs and providing quality customer service.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of work is performed in a professional office setting with interaction with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities and abilities. Work will frequently require individual to meet with prospects and clients in their work environment and to participate in events.
