Join Our Team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator!
At Onsite Dental, we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to help guide our patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in helping patients achieve happy and healthy smiles by effectively managing financial discussions and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the patient journey from their first appointment through to their final treatment.
- Communicate treatment plans, schedule procedures, and present financial arrangements.
- Maintain and update patient records and treatment plans in our system.
- Provide expertise on insurance plans, handle patient follow-ups, and ensure timely payments.
- Oversee and optimize Doctor and Hygiene schedules.
- Confirm appointments and ensure a smooth consultation and progress tracking process with the Dentist.
- Handle Accounts Receivable tasks assigned by the Practice Manager.
- Support front office tasks and provide exceptional service to all patients.
- Collaborate with team members to meet patient satisfaction and office production goals.
