We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our dynamic and patient-focused dental practice. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Preparation: Ensure patient comfort and explain treatments before procedures.
- Assisting the Dentist: Assist during examinations and treatments, handling instruments and materials as needed.
- Sterilization and Maintenance: Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols.
- X-ray Imaging: Take dental X-rays as required.
- Charting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
Requirements:
- Active RDA Licensure: Possess active Registered Dental Assistant licensure in Oklahoma.
- CPR Certification: Hold current CPR certification.
- Dental Knowledge: Have knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology.
- Excellent Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Organization: Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Caring Attitude: Display a caring and compassionate attitude toward patients.
