Position Summary
We are seeking an RN or LPN, who can work independently using critical thinking skills. A 'patient-advocate' mentality, organizational and tech skills, and exceptional reliability are keys to the position. Ability to adjust and adapt easily to a changing work environment and communication and documentation skills are essential, along with an outgoing and positive attitude. Primary Job Responsibilities
· Develop a strong knowledge-base of common health conditions and the current recommendations for improving these conditions in partnership with clinicians
· Provide a variety of nursing services in an occupational setting, such as emergency first aid, supporting safety protocols, identifying potential health and safety hazards in the workplace, collaborating with managers of safety and HR to ensure a healthy and safe work environment, and conducting appropriate workplace testing as required by clients’ specific needs.
· Refer injured or ill workers to the appropriate medical clinician based on nurse’s assessment, severity of condition/injury, and causation of condition/injury
· Maintain accurate and complete employee medical records
· Work in compliance with HIPAA laws to ensure client confidentiality
· Document services provided to client, and report to Onsite Health administration for the purposes of creating reports, budgets, expenses, and invoices
· Maintain health/certification records
· Present health education to groups as requested
· Perform other related nursing tasks as required by client
Education and Credentials
· RN or LPN required
· Must have a current Nursing License in good standing
· Current BLS CPR Certification
· Familiarity with PC use and commonly-used software
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions to managers and clients while being respectful, professional, and courteous

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 31.5 per week
