Key Responsibilities
- Manage the acute, subacute, and primary care needs of patients in assigned facilities.

- Assess patients' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on best practices and promote healthy lifestyles.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing with APRN certification.
- Active licensure in South Carolina.
- DEA registration.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong patient assessment and evaluation skills.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to patient-centered care.
