Job Summary
OnSite Healthcare and Wellness, LLC is seeking skilled nurse practitioners to join our team as autonomous practice providers. As a nurse practitioner working at OnSite, you will have the flexibility to take on the work you want with a very competitive compensation model.
Key Responsibilities
- Rounding at assigned facilities and managing the acute, subacute, and primary care needs of patients.
- Working closely with the OnSite team, nursing home staff, residents, and families.
- Proactively following up with patients and assessing the efficacy of recommended interventions.
- Providing education on best practices.
- Integrating various interventions, emphasizing non-pharmacological treatments whenever possible.
Requirements
- Mastery of Science in Nursing with FNP, ANP, AGNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP, or ACNP certification.
- Active License in South Carolina.
- DEA registration.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Strong patient assessment skills.
- Strong, ambitious, patient-centric work ethic.
