Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Assess clients' mental and emotional health
- Conduct intake interviews and psychological assessments
- Offer crisis intervention services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate client records
- Advocate for clients' needs and rights
- Refer clients to additional resources or services
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- State licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
- Experience in providing psychotherapy
