Job Summary
OnSite LLC is a rapidly growing company, passionate about Energy Efficiency (we sell Roofs, AC Units, Blown-in Insulation, Water Filtration, Solar Water Heaters, Hybrid Water Heaters, Solar Attic Fans, Variable Speed Pool Pumps, and Solar). We’ve built a strong foundation and are now seeking a dynamic, visionary partner to help us take the business to the next level.
Position Overview:
We are looking to bring on an entrepreneurial-minded partner/owner who can take on a Sales leadership role within the company. As a business partner, you will have a direct impact on the future growth of the company, contributing to strategic sales decisions, managing day-to-day sales operations, and helping shape the long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth, revenue, and market presence.
- Oversee and support day-to-day sales operations of the company.
- Build and manage key sales teams and customer relationships.
- Help lead the company’s sales efforts.
- Share responsibility for the financial health of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring profitability.
- Collaborate on setting company goals, expansion plans, and long-term visions.
- Contribute to the company culture and team-building efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and in business.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and think strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Must have prior experience in Sales and Business .
