About the Role

As a Virtual Chief Information Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' IT strategies. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.

● Strategic Consulting: Conduct regular business reviews, assess technology landscapes, and develop strategic roadmaps aligned with client goals.

● Security and Compliance: Stay informed about the latest security threats and compliance regulations and advise clients on best practices.

● Project Management: Oversee and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

● Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies to provide expert guidance.

● Business Development: Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to the growth of our professional services practice.

Success Metrics:

● Maintain a customer satisfaction (CSAT) rating of 95% or higher for assigned accounts

● Consistent generation of non-recurring revenue goals through strategic recommendations

● Maintain high client retention rates (95% yearly)

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

● 5 years of experience in IT consulting or a similar role

● Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and security

● Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

● Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., Security , CISSP) is a plus
