Essential Job Functions
- Build and maintain brand awareness and positioning to ensure that Onsite's company branding standards are upheld.
- Implementing effective marketing strategies that support Onsite Safety's vision and increase sales.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote safety products and services.
- Create and manage content for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Oversee social media accounts, SEO efforts, PPC campaigns, and website updates to drive brand visibility.
- Coordinate logistics for industry events, trade shows, and safety training seminars.
- Research demand for Onsite Safety's services, competitors, and industry trends.
- Measure and report on marketing performance and analyze marketing output using metrics feedback, online marketing best practices, advertising campaigns, and social media.
- Identify, build and retain customers through marketing projects.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Complete projects according to scheduled due dates in a time-sensitive manner submitted via the Marketing Work Requests.
- Track and document all submitted work requests through all stages from project inception to completion.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 7 combined years of marketing, graphic design, and content creation experience.
- Innovative and creative thinker with proven experience working with document and spreadsheet software, social media tools and CRM software.
- Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience working with CMS and marketing analytics tools (e.g. WordPress, Google Analytics).
- Exceptional communication and budget-management skills.
- Great business leader with demonstrated professional judgement and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field.
- Adept at quickly adapting to a changing work environment.
- Certifications from one or more of the following associations: The Association of Strategic Marketing, The American Marketing Association, The Marketing Management Association
