Position Title : Window Tint and Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer

Key Responsibilities :

• Window Tint Installation : Expertly apply various types of window films (e.g., dyed, ceramic, carbon) to vehicles, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

• Vehicle Prep : Clean and prepare vehicle surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of films and avoid defects.
• Quality Assurance : Inspect all installations for bubbles, imperfections, or misalignments, making adjustments as necessary to meet high-quality standards.
• Customer and Dealer Interaction : Professionally communicate with dealership staff and customers to understand needs and recommend the best products and services.
• Workspace Maintenance : Keep tools, equipment, and the workspace clean and organized, adhering to company safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Proven experience in window tinting and / or PPF installation.
• Expertise in working with various film types and application techniques.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to safely operate sharp tools and heat guns.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality work.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma
