ABOUT THE POSITION & ITS IMPACT
The Hospitality Coordinator at Onsite is responsible for the training of all of our new Hospitality (Housekeeping) team members along with day-to-day tasks of the Hospitality Team. We believe that hospitality heals, and the Hospitality Coordinator works to ensure that our team delivers on excellent service. This role works closely with Hospitality management and the Hospitality team to communicate important information, delegates tasks and works to create a best-in-class stay for our clients.
ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE:
- You’ll balance the need to coordinate information with supporting the Hospitality team in their tasks including laundry, dusting, cleaning client rooms and common areas, mop and vacuum and more.
- Act as an Ambassador to all new employees and promotes a positive work environment
- Communicates inventory needs, supply issues, and helps to coach employees and manage team issues
- Actively provide the highest level of customer service to our clients, being an effective role model on exemplary cleanliness and hospitality

Requirements
IDEAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE:
We are open to candidates of all backgrounds, experience and education levels. After all, years of experience is just a number. That said, we believe that candidates with the following backgrounds will be well-suited to succeed in this role:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a housekeeping, day-porter, or similar experience is preferred
- Valid driver’s license is required
