ABOUT THE POSITION & ITS IMPACT
This position is responsible for completing ongoing facility repair and maintenance requests, assisting with repairing damage or destruction from wear and tear or weather-related events, and assisting with landscaping needs as required. Onsite’s philosophy of Healing Hospitality extends through all facets of our campus aesthetics, facilities and the look and feel of the environment we create for our clients. This role directly impacts the client experience and their overall satisfaction and healing while they are with us.
ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE:
- Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance/repairs including electrical, plumbing, water lines, HVAC, appliances, furniture, interior and exterior building materials, and more.
- Processes daily maintenance tickets and logs all major repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Monitors landscaping, maintaining and watering plans, cabin landscaping, walking trails, removal of trees or limbs, and groundskeeping
- Make periodic quality inspections of client facilities and assist with coordination of operational needs for incoming clients or guests
- Accurate tracking of safety data sheets, preventative maintenance, responds to alarms or security issues as they arise, maintain accurate lists for master keys, inventory, etc.
- A ruthless attention to detail, leaving no item outstanding and has an eye for perfection in what they do and the campus they are maintaining.

Requirements
IDEAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE:
The experience and background outlined below will be the best fit for the needs of the position.
- Knowledge of general routine maintenance tasks
- 3 years of property maintenance or equivalent field
- Proficient in the use of general maintenance tools and machinery
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of operation of variety of vehicles including ATVs, UTVs, tractors, loaders and more.
