Level 1 Technical Support Specialist

Are you passionate about technology and helping people? At OnSite, we’re seeking a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to join our Cocoa, FL team. You’ll provide friendly, proactive support to our Central Florida clients, troubleshooting IT issues and growing your skills alongside a tight-knit crew.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver professional technical support via phone, email, or in-person from our Cocoa office.
• Troubleshoot everyday IT challenges—like slow computers, printer jams, or network hiccups—using your knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and mobile devices (iPhone iOS, Android OS).
• Assist clients with email setups, antivirus tools, and basic hardware/software glitches, escalating complex issues to senior techs when needed.
• Document problems in our ticketing system and follow up to ensure clients are thrilled with the fix.
• Build trusting relationships with small to mid-sized businesses and associations, reflecting our values of Love, Support, and Transparency.

Who You Are:

• 2 years of help desk or similar experience.
• IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A , MCP).
• Familiar with Microsoft systems and basic network troubleshooting.
• A servant-hearted problem-solver eager to learn and serve.

• Location: Cocoa, FL (no remote work).
• Schedule: M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM on-call rotation.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, personal transportation, Brevard County residency.
