Principals / Director of College and Career Readiness

- Knowledge and understanding of gifted students' needs
- Ability to organize and lead testing administrations
- Ability to develop and lead high-quality professional development in alignment to department goals and priorities
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet district goals
- Ability to develop, execute, and monitor intentional and strategic plans
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and assignments
- Knowledge of college and career readiness and rigorous preparation pathways
- Ability to compile, analyze, and evaluate data to collaboratively improve student outcomes
- Effective meeting planning and facilitation
- Grant development and coordination
EDUCATION AND TRAINING :
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT : 10 months, Part-Time
SALARY : North Carolina Teacher's Salary Schedule
FLSA Status : Exempt
