Description
- Operate a PBX Switchboard
- Be able to operate a Public Address System
- Performs pages for staff and doctors through paging system
- Maintain appropriate log books
- Operate Census Computer
- Prepare on call Schedules
- Monitor assigned alarms and notify appropriate person when necessary
- Activate appropriate response to all alarms
- Code Phone and proper procedure
- Use of Communication Radios
- Notify Security Central Alarm
- FAX Copier
- Announce all CODES and implement proper procedure with each event.
- Play public announcements at scheduled time via CD and PA system
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Job Qualifications: High School Graduate or Equivalent. Good Voice Communication Skills Operate a Computer Good Hand Eye Coordination Strong Sense of Customer Service Experience Good Organization Skills Be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
