Job Summary: The Marketing Manager at Onspire Health Marketing leads the planning and execution of integrated marketing, communications, and advertising strategies to bring clients’ brands to life. Serving as the primary contact for select clients, mainly hospitals and health systems, this role involves strategic plan development and effective implementation of multiple actionable plans. Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills are essential. Reporting to the Vice President of Client Services, the Marketing Manager also oversees a Marketing Coordinator who provides client services support.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and Manage Select Client Relationships
- Serve as the main, daily point of contact, managing and nurturing client relationships.
- Work with firm strategists to advise clients on effective marketing, positioning strategies, and tactical plans
- Organize information into presentations and reports for C-suite and Board of Trustees audiences
- Operate with a focus on strategy to ensure deliverables align with client goals and exceed expectations
- Ensure deliverables meet or exceed defined marketing metrics and client satisfaction standards.
Supports Marketing and Positioning Strategies (MAPS)
- Contribute to the development of marketing and communication strategies for rural and urban hospitals, as well as academic medical centers.
- Oversee daily client interactions and communications to ensure strong partnerships.
- Manage the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns tailored to local market needs.
Manages Timely and On-Budget Execution of Marketing Projects
- Ensure client objectives and goals are approved and integrated into the firm’s content and creative processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts, launch campaigns, and evaluate their performance.
- Monitor campaign ROI, client budgets, job profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage relationships and processes with media buyers, print/production vendors, and digital technology firms.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing Communications preferred); Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) preferred.
- 5 years of experience in marketing and strategy experience preferred
- Healthcare and hospital marketing experience will position the candidate for success
- Strong critical thinking, strategic planning, and complex problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and tactical
