OnSpot Dermatology is looking to add a part-time onsite coordinator for our high-volume mobile dermatology practice that serves patients throughout the state of Florida. As the onsite coordinator, you will oversee the mobile operation of our service in Miami and the greater Miami area.
You will travel each day to different companies in Miami to create a 'pop up' clinic onsite and allow employees to get access to a dermatology practice right in their office. As onsite coordinator, you will be responsible for picking up and transporting all clinical supplies, setting up the day where we are scheduled, checking in patients and then breaking down the 'pop up' clinic at the end of the day.

Responsibilities:
• Each day, you will travel to different office spaces in Miami.
• You will also be asked to store supplies at your home to make transport as easy as possible.
• You and a team will set up a "pop up clinic" at the office to allow for employees of the office to see a dermatology practice. We will see anywhere from 20-35 patients per day. Our "pop up clinic" setup takes anywhere from 20-30 minutes to set up.
