What we are looking for:
We are looking for somebody that has a positive outlook, is great with details and loves to work in a very fast paced environment! If you are loyal, hardworking, and great with problem solving, we would love to hear from you! We are looking for someone to grow with the school. You must enjoy a fast-paced, fun and changing environment while anticipating the needs of clients.
Hours/Schedule:
- Monday-Saturday Weekdays 2:30pm-8:45pm with Saturdays hours from 830a-5p or Flex a Sunday 12-6:30p. Also, choose a day off each week Tues-Thurs.
Position Responsibilities will grow with your experience at the school. They Include but Are Not Limited to:
- Scheduling Students in the Daily Schedule and Keeping Client Schedule up to date.
- Responding to daily client and teacher requests in person, on the phone and by text.
- Greeting clients and prospective clients in a professional, happy, courteous manner
- Entering registration and payment information into online software.
- Assisting OnStage team in the active recruitment and registration of new students, which includes conducting outbound phone calls, texts emails and leading studio tours
- Oversee Teachers and help Teachers with requests.
- Assisting with light housekeeping in the studio.
- Making customer service calls to aid in client retention and to market new students
Requirements:
1 year minimum of Customer Service experience
Reliable Transportation.
Must Currently Live Within 45 minutes of Studio Address (8129 Ardrey Kell Rd or 506 Mercantile Pl)
Ability to work in person at the studio.
Great with multi-tasking and working in a fast paced setting
Ability to work effectively with the owners, admins, teachers, and clients a fast-paced environment among a variety of personalities
Great Basic Computer Skills and Strong Typing Skills
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Google Suite
Effective time management and organizational skills
Ability to pass a thorough background check
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 34 per week
