About the Role:
As a Teacher Liaison, you will serve as the bridge between our teachers, students, and administrative team. Your role is to ensure seamless communication, support teachers in their day-to-day needs, and help maintain an efficient and positive learning environment.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 11:30A-8pm - (some flexibility in the hours is available) occasional weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between teachers and the administration.
- Ensure teachers have the necessary materials, schedules, and classroom resources.
- Assist with teacher onboarding, training, and policy adherence.
- Manage schedule changes, lesson adjustments, student follow ups and student-teacher assignments.
- Handle communication between teachers, students, and parents regarding lesson updates and policies.
- Monitor teacher and student satisfaction, addressing concerns proactively.
- Support event planning, recitals, and other school functions involving teachers.
- Uphold school policies while fostering a supportive environment for teachers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills—able to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Experience in education, customer service, or administrative support.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in a music is a plus but not required if you are excited to learn!
- Knowledge of Google Suite and Strong Typing Skills.

Must Currently Live Within 45 minutes of Studio Address (8129 Ardrey Kell Rd or 506 Mercantile Pl)
Ability to work in person at the studio.
Effective time management and organizational skills
Ability to pass a thorough background check
Highly organized and detail-oriented
