Our company is seeking a dedicated Timeclock Clerk to manage staff timecards and time adjustments. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to quickly learn new systems with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the capacity to multi-task effectively
- Strong ability to handle interruptions and follow up on assigned tasks
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and basic computer skills
- Previous timekeeping or payroll experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
- Previous transportation or dispatch knowledge a plus
Job Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Collecting and verifying employee clock-in and clock-out information
- Reviewing GPS data for all buses to ensure accuracy
- Comparing spreadsheets with dispatch logs to verify hours worked
- Learning and utilizing our scheduling system, along with understanding route assignments to effectively communicate with Drivers and Monitors
- Verifying and closing timecards for 300 employees
Additional Information:
- Training will be provided
- This position requires an individual who is proactive and able to work independently while adhering to tight deadlines.
- This is a fully on premise, Monday through Friday (early mornings may be required)
