">Your Role
">In this role, you will provide direct care to residents, including observing them, reporting health issues to the supervising nurse, and assisting with personal hygiene. You will also prepare meal trays, document food/fluid intake, feed residents, serve nutritional supplements, make beds, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
