Job Duties:
The Administrative Assistant will perform various administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
- High volume of invoice processing
- Assisting accounts receivable department with various tasks
- Assisting management with various tasks
- Copying, filing, sorting
- Data Entry
Requirements:
- Experience as an office administrative assistant
- Experience with supplier portals such as Coupa, Service Channel, and Vendor Café
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax/copy machines
- Experience in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School diploma
