JOB SUMMARY
As a Product Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and product performance. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods
- Create or update user documentation that supports system functionality
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Perform market canvassing amongst industry
- Data Analysis: Analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on product performance, including key insights and actionable recommendations
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional internal stakeholder to ensure that product decisions are data-driven and aligned with company goals
- Product Strategy: Support the development of product strategies and roadmaps by providing data and analysis that inform decision-making
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points, preferences, and opportunities for new features or enhancements
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate product viability, performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in product analysis, market research, or a related role in the tech or software industry
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce is highly preferred
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all work
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; highly proficient in Excel
- Working knowledge of the Agile software development life cycle (SDLC) methodology
- Working knowledge of the Scrum Software Development framework and Scrum teams
