Job Description:
As a Junior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving process stability and continuous improvement within our Autonomous Manufacturing Unit (AMU). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency, ensure product quality, and implement lean manufacturing principles.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain process specifications, procedures, and work instructions
- Create and update operational standards
- Audit standard application on the shop floor
- Document and share best practices across AMUs
Requirements:
- Technical Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of manufacturing experience
- Diaper manufacturing experience and knowledge
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Advanced computer skills
- Comprehensive understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with OEE analysis and SMED
- Proven track record in process improvement
