The Senior Warehousing / Logistics IT & Data Analyst role is a key position in the Supply Chain IT & Data team, which supports the global logistics, warehousing and procurement operations of the company. The role is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the data flows and systems related to warehousing, inventory, and logistics. The role also ensures the alignment and integration of the logistics data and systems with the rest of the IT & Data landscape and the business strategy.
What is the scope of the job?
- Geographical : global, overseeing all logistics / warehouse operations across all Ontex locations
- Enable the successful implementation of the Supply Chain IT roadmap as defined by the business stakeholders, the IT Leadership Team and the IT Board
- Project management : participate in and support simultaneous projects in the IT & Data team with initiatives related to the logistics and supply chain domain resulting in a potential high financial impact due to cost-saving and efficiency improvement goals
- Business process analysis and improvement : identify, document, and propose solutions for the business process issues and opportunities in the logistics domain, using best practices and industry standards.
- Data analysis and reporting : collect, validate, and analyze data from various sources and systems, using data visualization and analytics tools, to provide insights and recommendations for the logistics performance and improvement.
- Configure, test and maintain the business application systems (SAP EWM – Extended Warehouse Management) to ensure their availability, reliability and functionality in close co-operation with the other team members

Align with the Supply Chain IT & Data Team Lead by giving regular status updates and commit clear goals & deadlinesParticipate in projects ensuring a qualitative implementation of solutions as defined in the blueprintValidation, implementation and documenting of changes approved by the Change Advisory Board (CAB)Provide second line support to the business users via the helpdesk tool in order to ensure consistency of the business application toolsEDI communication with external warehouses and suppliersIntegration with the Centralized Business Model (CBM) and FICO setupMonitor the business applications performance based on number of tickets, SLA complianceProvide key user training via the train the trainer concept and keep the training documentation updatedWriting technical specifications for program changes to be implemented by the Integration & Development teamIdentify, document and improve the Ontex worldwide business applications template to support the end-to-end business scenarios using best practices and industry standardsSystem integration and data governance : ensure the consistency and quality of the data across the manufacturing systems and applications, and the integration with other IT & Data systems and platforms, such as UDI, BI, and IoT, using data integration and governance tools and methodologies.With whom do I need to collaborate to get the job done?

Educational :
University degree or equivalent by experienceExperience :
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, Warehousing or Logistics, preferably in a consumer goods companyTechnical :
SAP expertise : strong proficiency in the relevant SAP modules (EWM / WM)Data analysis : advanced skills in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar database toolsBusiness process analysis skillsCore competencies :
