Warehousing/Logistics IT & Data Analyst
Ontex Operations USA is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehousing/Logistics IT & Data Analyst for a key position within the Supply Chain IT & Data team.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and maintain SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) systems to ensure availability, reliability, and functionality.
- Manage EDI communication with external warehouses and suppliers.
- Provide second-line support to business users via the helpdesk tool.
- Monitor business applications performance based on tickets and SLA compliance.
- Implement and document changes approved by the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, Warehousing, or Logistics, preferably in consumer goods.
- Strong proficiency in SAP EWM/WM modules.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar database tools.
- Excellent business process analysis skills.
- Fluent in English and local language (both verbal and written).
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
