We are currently looking for a Government Contracts Specialist to join our growing team. As a Government Contracts Specialist you will report to the Value Stream Director and will serve as the primary customer point of contact throughout the life of both direct U.S. Federal Government (USG) contract and indirect contracts through prime contractors.
To be considered for the Government Contracts Specialist position , here's what you'll need to bring with you :
- 3 years of experience government contracting, FAR, DFAR, SAM, DIBBS, PIEE, DCMA, DCAA, TINA proposals etc.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment (aerospace preferred)
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration and client relations
- PC and software proficiency (ERP / MRP, CRM and Microsoft suite)
