Our team is looking for an MRO Customer Service Representative to join them. You will report to the MRO Customer Service Lead and will have an onsite work structure in Chatsworth, Ca.
This is a temporary assignment approx. 12 months
To be considered for the MRO Customer Service Representative II opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
2 years of aerospace customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints (a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Prior experience with Airline customers and OEMs is highly desired.
- Knowledge of PSAA/GCP is a plus.
As an Customer Service Representative II, you will:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned aerospace industry customers, ensuring excellent service throughout the repair process—from quoting to delivery and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate order status and backlog reports, including part shortages, lead times, and other delays.
- Communicate quickly and professionally via phone, email, and fax to respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, quotes, shipping, and status updates.
- Work cross-functionally with purchasing, quality, planning, warehouse, shipping, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure compliance with EAR and ITAR regulations for international shipments.
- Process pricing and delivery for complex quotes and perform contract reviews for repair orders.
- Support customer or agency audits as required.
- Utilize ERP systems to manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
Compensation Pay Range
$21-23/hr, based on experience
