Your New Role
As an HVAC Dispatcher in Hoover, AL, you’ll be the backbone of our service operations, ensuring that our technicians are scheduled effectively and our customers receive timely updates. You will :
Dispatch HVAC technicians to customer locations efficiently
Communicate vital job details between technicians and customers
Process permits, schedule inspections, and coordinate with APCO as needed
Debrief technicians post-job and update data in company software
Issue and enter purchase orders
Handle various administrative and reporting tasks as required

Education : High school diploma or equivalent
Skills : Ability to work efficiently under pressure, strong communication, and organization skills
