We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, talent development, organizational design and development, and coaching. This role requires a proactive and innovative approach to HR, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices and trends. Talent Development: Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Partner with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees. Coaching: Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Support leadership development through targeted coaching and mentoring. Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Organizational Design and Development: Lead organizational design initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement. Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation. Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and equitable workplace. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 7-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent development, organizational design and development, and coaching. Proven experience in a strategic HR role, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
