Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Electrical Technician will play a key role in the development, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and components for our semiconductor metrology equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components for semiconductor metrology equipment development.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
- Assist in the development of electrical schematics, layouts, and diagrams under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Perform electronic wiring, soldering, and crimping to ensure high-quality connections and assemblies with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with engineering, identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively of work performed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards during all phases of electrical work.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor degree or certification in Electronic Engineering Technology.
- Experience in an Electrical Technician role in relevant electronic industries (e.g. semiconductor, instrumentation, robotics).
- Brief understanding of electrical design principles and CAD software applications (e.g., Altium, Kicad).
