The Electrical Technician will play a key role in the development, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and components for our semiconductor metrology equipment. This opportunity offers to engage in electronic engineering while contributing to the development of a new semiconductor metrology platform. The candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for learning new skills and applications in support of advancing their professional experience. Key responsibilities include:
Required Skills and Qualifications
In pursuing a Bachelor degree or certification in Electronic Engineering Technology
Experience in an Electrical Technician role in relevant electronic industries (e.g. semiconductor, instrumentation, robotics)
Basic understanding of electrical design principles and CAD software applications (e.g., Altium, Kicad).

- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components for semiconductor metrology equipment development.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
- Assist in the development of electrical schematics, layouts, and diagrams under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Perform electronic wiring, soldering, and crimping to ensure high-quality connections and assemblies with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with engineering, identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively of work performed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards during all phases of electrical work.
