Location: National Coverage - Needs to be within commutable distance to one of OnTrac's corporate offices in AZ or TX. (Position is hybrid-but travel for in-office meetings, larger functions expected.)

As the Director of Talent Acquisition at OnTrac, you will be pivotal in shaping the organization's growth by leading the talent acquisition strategy, overseeing the recruitment process, and onboarding for operations recruiting and hiring. This key leadership position involves managing a team of talent acquisition professionals, collaborating with external partners, and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent aligned with our business objectives.

The Must-Haves:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
4-8 years experience in related field
Up to 25% of Travel
Preferred HR certification or related fields (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
Your Mission in Motion:
Lead and inspire a team of Regional Talent Acquisition Managers to achieve hiring goals and deliver high-quality talent to the organization by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Provide strategic guidance and direction in the development and execution of compliance strategies related to I-9 verification, background checks, and drug screening.
Collaborate with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners to ensure seamless and efficient recruitment processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand talent needs, align recruitment strategies with business goals, and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and performance.
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, assess, and hire top talent for OnTrac including staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Responsible for measuring and reporting financial targets, KPIs/metrics, and value delivery.
Implement data-driven approaches to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize the overall hiring process.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of I-9 documentation, background check reports, and drug screening results to promptly identify and address any discrepancies or issues.

Familiarity with innovative recruitment technologies and tools, leveraging them to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of the talent acquisition function.
Advocate for and implement practices that foster diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition, ensuring a fair and unbiased recruitment process.
Navigate and adapt to changes in the talent acquisition landscape, adjusting strategies and approaches to meet evolving business needs.
