This leadership role is essential to driving the effectiveness and growth of our recruitment efforts across multiple departments. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiting Manager will be responsible for leading a team of talent professionals, overseeing the recruiting function, and working closely with senior leadership to ensure the successful acquisition of top talent to meet business needs.     Unpacking the Benefits:      Competitive individual and group benefits     Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance     Paid Time Off including Holiday pay.     401(k) with company match     Safe and clean work environment       The Must-Haves:    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience  4-8 years of experience in related field  Up to 25% Travel    Your Mission in Motion:    Lead and mentor a team of recruiters for corporate and operations roles, fostering a high-performance culture.   Provide guidance, conduct performance reviews, and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals.  Develop and optimize scalable recruiting processes, establishing best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding while aligning recruitment strategy with company growth objectives.  Manage and optimize recruitment technologies to streamline processes, enhancing team efficiency and the candidate experience.  Oversee daily recruiting operations, ensuring targets are met while tracking key metrics to drive continuous improvement.  Collaborate with senior leadership to strategize talent acquisition, prioritize hiring, and align workforce planning with long-term business goals.  Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to align recruiting efforts with business priorities, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to meet staffing needs.  Champion employer branding efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while promoting company values and culture.  Monitor KPIs and analyze recruitment data to assess pipeline health, team performance, and effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.  Proactively stay informed on industry trends, integrating best practices and innovations to enhance recruiting and meet evolving business needs.  Manage relationships with external recruiting vendors, ensuring alignment with strategy, negotiating contracts, and assessing performance for quality and cost-effectiveness.      Paving your way to your success:    Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team by providing feedback, coaching, and career development while fostering a collaborative, motivating environment.  Strong ability to align and adapt recruiting strategies with business goals and workforce planning, responding to changes and shifting priorities.  Expertise in managing relationships with third-party agencies, job boards, and vendors, evaluating performance to ensure cost-effective recruitment solutions.  Proficiency in tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics (KPIs), such as time-to-hire or quality of hire, and present reports on recruitment outcomes.  Skilled in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, direct outreach, and leveraging technology and recruitment marketing to attract diverse, qualified talent.  Proficient in ATS, recruitment CRM tools, and other recruiting technologies, with experience implementing and optimizing new platforms.  Adept in leading compensation discussions, extending offers, negotiating terms, and balancing candidate expectations with organizational budgets and compensation structures.  Knowledgeable in diversity and inclusion best practices, with the ability to drive initiatives and ensure equitable hiring practices.  Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple recruitment projects and priorities while ensuring timely, on-budget completion.  Established strong critical thinking and conflict resolution skills, effectively addressing recruiting challenges and ensuring a smooth hiring process for candidates and hiring managers.  Demonstrated communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and hiring managers while fostering collaboration.      If you are excited to be part of our team and grow with our OnTrac family, we invite you to apply!         Ontrac is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer   OnTrac is an equal opportunity employer.
