Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business.   Employment Logistics:   This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution. Our Package Handler II's are the ultimate team players. They work closely with Sort and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.        The Must-Haves:   High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred  At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of both  Leadership AND small parcel experience preferred Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.   Must be at least 18 years of age  Your Mission in Motion:  Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and/or prepare outgoing freight for delivery.  Train sorters to perform assigned tasks safely and accurately.  Provide continual feedback to sorters, both positive and negative.  Inspect packages to make sure they are safe for truck transportation.    Founded in 1986, OnTrac has evolved into the leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses, including five of the largest retailers in the U.S.  If you are excited to be part of our team and grow with our OnTrac family, we invite you to apply!       OnTrac is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer  OnTrac is an equal-opportunity employer.
