Location: Remote but MUST be local to one of the following areas:

• Cleveland, OH
• Atlanta, GA
• Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $130,000. annually

Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm

Summary:

Seeking an accomplished Service-Now Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and be able to create custom applications, workflows, and integrations to enhance our business processes

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom scripting and integrations.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules to meet changing business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, including performance optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and new features to ensure the platform's effective use.
• Participate in planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades and improvements.
• Document development processes, configurations, and customizations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow development, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using various technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in scripting in ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification is a plus.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

4-8 years experience in related field

Occasional Travel as needed
