Salary :

We are seeking a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Recruit er to join our team in Oklahoma City!You will perform activities in human resourcesfrom recruiting new hiresto retaining existing hires.

Responsibilities :

  • Screen, recruit, andinterview potential employees
  • On-board new employees
  • Implement company culture, valuesand policies
  • Provide managementwith requestedreports anddocuments
  • Coordinate events focused onemployee recognition
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Perform screening with background checks and drug screens
  • coach / counsel employees
  • Complete I9 / everify process

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in Staffing, recruiting, for high volume accounts
  • Prefer experience staffing in Manufacturing or Light Industrial companies
  • Previous ATS experience with Bullhorn a plus!
  • Knowledge of labor andemployment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Driver License
